    Note: Tables are no charge to organizations and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you have a website for your organization or any social media accounts, please complete these fields so we can share, re-post and highlight your work in the community.
    (Oh yeah... and follow @everythingolds so you see what's happening around here too!)
  • In 2017, we 'clustered' similar businesses and their demographics to make it a little easier for visitors to locate their interests. This was quite well received, and cooperative relationships and conversations were started from this (which we love to hear!)
    This year we need more input from you as to where you see your best fit. Although the categories and demographics allow for multiple selections, please think about the primary focus so we can best position your organization. To select more than one, hold the CTRL key (PC) or Cmd ⌘ key (Mac) while you click your selections.
    We will be circulating a floor plan well in advance of the event to ensure your placement is suitable.
  • Please select the category that best describes the work of your organization and the programs/services you provide.
  • Please select the clientele that is your *primary* audience.
  • If you have special considerations that need to factored into your space (i.e., electronic equipment, additional floor space for demonstrations, etc.) please make note of your needs here.
    Please make note too of any other organizations with which you need to be in proximity. For example, if you are sharing volunteers to work tables between 2 or 3 organizations, we will do our best to position you next to one another to assist with this.
  • Please indicate how many tables you will need.
  • (Note: Please remember that power outlets are limited so these locations are booked on a first-come first-served basis. If you plan to have a laptop, please be sure it is fully charged in the event an outlet is not available for use.) We are continuing to look for means to provide additional power; for now, expect access to be limited.
  • Talk has recently bubbled up that there may be need for a Spring Community Showcase, for organizations such as soccer, summer camps, baseball, and others... Is this something that would be of interest to you? (No commitment - measuring level of interest only.)
